Who is A+?

We do schools a little differently.

Arts-integration is a method of instruction that involves integrating curriculum standards in math, science, language arts, social studies, etc. with curriculum standards in an art form (visual art, music, theatre, dance, literary arts, etc.). LAA+ Fellows model and guide teachers to design lesson plans that have evolving dual-learning objectives and methods of assessment for both the art form and non-art subjects.

“Thank you for reminding us of the incredible impact creativity can have in the classroom. Your workshop has inspired me, and I know it will have a lasting impact on both me and my students. It was encouraging to connect with a community of educators who share the same passion for helping children discover their strengths through art.”
